"It’s not often that I leave reviews, but after my experience with Katrina I HAD to. She single handedly convinced me of the importance of purchasing a life insurance policy as a young and healthy man. Something that I’ve often thought of as something for “old” folks. Her energy, clear communication & obvious depth of knowledge made what has always seemed useless to me..seem like a no brainer for my future! I am appreciative of her time and attentiveness to my needs, her honesty and transparency in her delivery and her overall kick butt attitude! "I was a "little green lizard" customer before switching recently. I got more coverage at basically the same price I was already paying. I have been in situations previously that left a bad taste in my mouth towards some of the bigger insurance companies, but when I needed to make a change I'm glad I got a quote from Angela and her team of agents. I felt like they went above and beyond to get me a great price and find me any discounts I qualified for."

"I sat home this weekend because this office canceled my insurance when I only asked for a car to be removed. It was supposed to be rectified more than 30 days ago. The only reason I know it was still a problem is because I followed up. “Nice” people but their overall track record with my account in general is poor. The only reason I didn’t switch is because I was told you can’t change agencies with State Farm (recently found out this isn’t true). The agency doesn’t take responsibility for their bad processes- instead they blame the back office of State Farm. Great that Angela is a black woman- the first or one of the first for their own SF (I constantly hear this). This doesn’t mean anything when you are servicing a black woman poorly. They knew this was an issue yet didn’t take ownership nor pursue this properly for resolution. Similar thing happened with our roof. They also previously had the incorrect car erroneously insured for several months. Addt’l issues before that. If you’re successful, pls someone to fix your internal processes and get customer service training that actually means something for the customer. Don’t reply blaming me because I have texts, emails, etc."

"I came upon a storm at my previous insurance company, They doubled my insurance after the six month renewal. I was in tears then I called Latonya Johnson at State Farm on Redan Road in Stone Mountain.
