"I have had State Farm Homeowner's insurance for about 30 years. I haven't had many incidents that required a claim. However the events that required coverage/claim were always solved in a timely manner, without a hassle. They have excellent insurance agents which treat you like a valued customer. As a added touch, they always send you a greeting card for every holiday, including one for your birthday. 😊 I love and have been talking with the agent named Nicole for years. She is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and will answer all of your questions and will return your call as soon as she can. She keeps her promises. I have also dealt with agent Jackie and I have high regards for her as well. I am planning to bundle my homeowners and car insurance. Their rates are much lower than what I am paying now. By changing, I will save a lot on my homeowners insurance. I highly recommend Angela Holloway's State Farm office for any of your insurance needs. ALC"

"I'd like to share my appreciation for the superb professionalism and courteousness of the Staff. I have had insurance with them since purchasing my home more than 25 years ago. I recently filed a claim and had questions that the 800 number service did not respond well to, so I called my local office and they helped me tremendously. Speaking with Ms. Jackie was like magic, I explained in great details to her my issues and she turned everything around. The balls started to roll and the contacts that I need called me within minutes! She reached back out to me to make sure that I got the information and help I need to move forward with my claim. She made me feel comfortable calling to ask any questions and it assured me that this office will go the extra miles to get you help. Ms. Jackie is like family to me! Thank you Angela Holloway for having such a great staff to represent you. As the company slogan say, " Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there," this office is a good neighbor!!!!!
