She emailed, called and texted me during the process… answered all my questions (I’m sure they were annoying) and never had an attitude or anything. She was great!!! Top Tier. A1! Now Rhonda help we out yesterday with communicating with my mortgage company. My bank had her on hold for 20 minutes, but she stayed patient, called me back with contact info and got the proper documents sent to them. She did an AWESOME JOB."

"Updated Review-11/15/24 . Initially, Austin was great, however, after noticing only one of vehicles were added. I inquired and he advised there was an accident showing up. I advised this vehicle was purchased cash 9months after date in question. Sent him the bill of sale from the dealership. Today, received a call advising the policy is getting ready to cancel and documents will arrive soon. So Austin never sent the bill of sale to the underwriter. This is unprofessional. I am at work and I have to stop and deal with this again. My husband has never been in an accident. Someone needs to be double checking his work. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon. Switching our home and autos to State Farm was the best decision. I spoke with Austin, who took our declarations via email and sent over the quotes, then called us. He made sure we're receiving all the necessary discounts. We saved over $800 annually on the home and $400 on the auto for the 6-month term. I am hoping there are no surprises when it is up for renewal that's astronomical. We're happy customers so far. I recommend this agency."
